I’m not actually concerned for people’s safety with energy drinks I just think bartenders shouldn’t have the ability to stop serving me beers. They should be forced to serve me as many beers as I physically order

Do bartenders have an obligation to cut somebody off from ordering Red Bulls? Has a bar ever over-served someone Red Bull? They cut people off of beers without knowing their BAC so what’s stopping them from cutting someone off without knowing their heart rate? People could die
