Just days before her 21st birthday, we said goodbye to our sweet Rasa. She declined very quickly over the past week, and let us know it was time to go. As sad as we are to say goodbye, Rasa lived a great life filled with so much love for a very long time. We ❤️ you Rasa!!

Huge thanks to the line workers, dispatchers, & customer service folks on the ground level of this whole mess. The suits in @oncor leadership, on the other hand, may need to take a long look in the mirror after this whole debacle. I'm guessing their homes stayed warm though

Aaaand the power came on at @carerescuetexas literally five minutes after I posted the last tweet series to @oncor. If the power stays on reliably for a few hours, heats up our buildings, & it seems like we're out of the danger zone. I'll think about deleting 'em.

I've already DM'd our address & am already signed up for text alerts. I don't need a placating & sanitized customer service response, I just need the power back on. I'm our neighbors would echo my sentiment.

Many of the residents in our area who were affected by power outages during the 2021 big freeze are going through a repeat nightmare & this issue seems frustratingly systemic/avoidable. You had two years to strengthen our local network, & folks shouldn't be enduring this AGAIN

Hey, @oncor, the power has been out for @carerescuetexas & over 70 of our neighbors since before 9PM last night. It's dangerously cold for both people & animals, so whatever you're doing to fix this please do it faster.
