@virginmedia No problem! I’ve had a number of conversations with staff over the last few months (phone and chat function), trying to get me to pay for the pods - so I’m surprised to hear that they’re continually out of stock? Will definitely try to track the complaints though, thank you!

@virginmedia Good afternoon SC - thanks for such a rapid response! I thought Twitter was worth a shout! I’ve got 2 ongoing complaints about persistent blackspots in my flat - eventually agreed 2 months ago that the complaint would be resolved with a free WiFi booster/hub. Yet to be sorted.
