@MailchimpHelp I just sat on the phone for 30 minutes and they told me because it's an IP burst they can't help me. Your system automatically opens new tabs when clicking on analytics and things like "view email". I just got unblocked and in less than 5 minutes I'm IP banned again. DM me please

@Mailchimp I was opening multiple tabs with middle click, you IP banned me and now your support is telling me to fuck off. This is unacceptable. I've paid your company tens of thousands over the years and this is how we are treated. Classy.

@Persol You should fix your website. It's nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone, your "contact us" form has been broken for weeks, has bad grammar, and the login breaks constantly.

@YouTube you should put a checkbox next to comments so we can mass select spam comments and report them all at the same time. Catching up on 500 spam comments after an upload is pretty ridiculous, and filtering by words doesn't help when they constantly change them.
