In 13 states they tightened up the window and in 2 they got aggressive. I doubt someone that sees abortion as an escape hatch lives there

The effort at what ever you make that insane tax limit - see France. 2 even if you took every cent they have it would fix anything. We spend too much and would have to tax down to about 40k to be even.
