@SkyHelpTeam Good morning, for the 3rd day running you are not providing internet too your loyal customers in the BD24 area. There has been no update, no communication nothing. Do you have any information on what is going on?

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you. I guess I was asking if it was possible to find out if the problem had been found and thus when a resolution might be. It was a question specific to this outage rather than a general one. It’s been off over 24 hours.

@SkyHelpTeam Outage in BD24- tried the connection test and called the helpline and confirmed exchange problem. Any estimate for resolution? Home working, kids in isolation, no mobile internet up here!

Hello @SkyHelpTeam Is there a problem with the broadband in Hellifield BD23. Connection keeps dropping out. Lots of people saying the same thing. Have restarted router and checked connections etc.

@SkyHelpTeam @Mister_Latty I am also having the same issue it keeps dropping out, I’ve done everything the skyapp has told me to do to rectify to no avail. Very frustrating as there is no problem when calling the help desk
