@Sanpellegrino These are our favorite but can’t find them in any of our Westport, CT stores anymore! We thought they were discontinued. Even Costco’s supply is dwindling. Help! @StopandShop @bigyfoods @costco

@bigyfoods I was just in one of your locations. Purchased $115 worth of items, almost all were on sale. As I forgot my little card they refused to give me any of the sales. I was told I could walk home and then come back with it?!

So I completely get how when I did my @bigyfoods contactless order, that they switched my feta cheese to Parmesan. What I don’t get is switching tomato paste for white crabmeat??

@busywriting Big Y in the News - 1.2 Million, Meals, Donated, Food Banks, Big Y Partners in Community (bigy.com)

.@bigyfoods we were told today that the store in Lee, MA is no longer collecting for food pantries. This is awful. So much food was donated. We gave every week. What is the reason for no longer supporting area food pantries?

@busywriting In addition, our sack hunger and Big Y Cares Bag Program raise money each year that is donated directly to the four major food banks to further assist in the food needs of our local communities. We hope this helps reinforce the many ways we at Big Y work to support the hungry.

@busywriting However, Big Y as an organization, as well as each individual store location, continue to work weekly with the four major food banks in MA and CT to provide food to the food banks for distribution to local food pantries, soup kitchens, senior centers etc. within all of our are.

@busywriting Thank you for your inquiry. The Easton store stopped utilizing the food donation bin during Covid due to concerns around sanitation, cleanliness and safety of the products being collected.

@bigyfoods I went to a new Big Y today. Moved recently, thought I'd go to nearest one. The cashier was so incredibly rude to me that I ended up walking out, w/o my groceries so I thought you'd like to know. Ended up going to Walmart. Don't usually complain but she was that rude!

@bigyfoods last week in my bag of Brussels Sprouts, several sprouts had bug eaten holes and a few tiny black bugs came crawling out. I am not seeking compensation, only quality control. Truly disappointed. 2/2
