@StopandShop what’s wrong with your delivery guy? He tried to leave my groceries downstairs in the lobby when the instructions says to bring upstairs. I am disabled and he gave me a hard time!!!

@StopandShop I just got off the phone with Customer Service and the Lady Tracy was so unprofessional and extremely hostile towards me on the phone for calling up because I didn’t receive the items I ordered which are now delivered by Uber!!! Been a customer for over 25 years!
@stopandshop rearranging the store because there's a @bigyfoods coming down the street. Some sale items weren't available, aisles blocked off by mobile shelving units, lottery not ready because they hadn't processed last night's numbers. Is that a way to keep customers?
