@StopandShop Port Washington NY is poorly managed and the employees do not speak English. I waited 45 minutes for the hot bar, which was supposed to be open at 11:00 a.m., and then the item never appeared. The store has rotting fruit, high prices and inefficient management.

@licia928 Hello Felicia, we are sorry for any confusion around this. All items are cooked before prepared together; however when bacon becomes cold after being prepared it will not maintain the same look as directly after prepared. Please know all prepared sandwiches are safe to eat.

@MattColeman123 That phone number is shared by both eComm Customer Service and the brand Loyalty Team, however, they do have different phone options. The options we provided get you directly to the eComm Team, and they are available 7 days a week until 10pm, but Loyalty is closed on Sundays.

@StopandShop The store phone tree leads to a closed number during the weekend. But thank you. I have been in touch and received a partial refund. But this has happened too often. Best to go to my local supermarket and not do delivery moving forward.

@StopandShop this is the fourth time I’ve been at your outdoor grocery pick up and waited more than 10 minutes(not busy). Today I am up to 13 minutes and they brought out other peoples orders first who were here after me. As of this time I’m still out here waiting.

@StopandShop @StopShopStores I figured out why you stores feel gross. 1. Too dark 2. Floors too dark 3. Walls dated 5. Bad smell near fish and produce Additionally, you are famous for expired goods. Go visit a @kroger and make some changes. Just keeping it real.

@StopandShop store located at 1100 NY-25, Huntington, NY 11743 is consistently dirty but more importantly the products are not rotated properly and or are not handled properly. I took home expired goods multiple times. Need new management there asap.

Umm @Jovialfoods @StopandShop I found a staple in my butter noodles I made at home. We don’t use staples/ - stapler. Not sure if it came from the noodles or the big hunk of butter I used but I’m very upset that I pulled it out of my mouth after chewing it luckily only once.
