@uMgabadeli1010 True... Because we think they are just running, but they are actually running after something missing in their lives—an emptiness of some sort.

Men are the reason the BBL trend has become so popular. Their obsession with big bodies has pushed many young women to change their appearance.

Lol. A jury system wouldn’t work in South Africa. If you are Zulu and your jury is mostly Pedi people, you are going to jail. If you are a short and broke dude and the jury is mostly women, you are going to jail. I can think of a lot of scenarios where you’d go to jail irrespective of innocence.

Pleasing a woman is so easy, yesterday madam was planning to wash some blankets when she knock off. Since I was home, I putted some on the washing machine. When she get home, only three were left, the girl was so happy and excited about it. Me : It is not a big deal baby. 🤭

@_BlackZA I used to think so too until I realised how we underestimate the power women have to make you an absent father. If your baby mama wants you to be an absent father, there is little you can do to fight back, especially if you don’t have money.

@penuelist_ I noticed that in many genuine relationships, the woman was usually doing better in her career than the guy at the start, and then he overtakes her. Not the other way round.

One of the major causes of breakups is when a woman starts outearning a man who used to outearn her in the past. Not because of the difference in her income, but the difference in her attitude & respect.

@monnya_thabiso @MxolisiBob Bro. Just let your child speak English. It’s too late for African languages, they are not languages of the economy. Let’s be realistic.

@MxolisiBob You don't think having one language, in terms of the Chinese, and Dutch as mentioned helps their course? Which language will be suitable for us to use in order to overcome englishness when so many languages?

Chinese innovation and productivity are closing down German auto factories without speaking a word of English, the Netherlands dominates modern agricultural systems and speak Dutch. Which world does English actually dominate besides American music and entertainment? Let's stop lying about English being an "economic advantage", the Boers in South Africa have lived with English speaking Whites for decades and still speak Afrikaans and own Naspers, Shoprite but profit from ignorance with Curro schools while their children go to Afrikaans public schools like Affies.

@zwidenyapT Harsh point: Our languages don’t put food on the table, bro. We’re trying to raise kids who will compete on international platforms. Do you know how many competent professionals fail corporate interviews every day because of speaking English with a Zulu accent?

Cool. Let your child speak zulu only, let’s see how far they’ll get. Let’s be practical—some things just look good in theory. It took these countries hundred of years to build technology systems around their language, Africans didn’t invest in that…I’m not about to let my child be limited due to language barriers. Let the children speak English.

@TrueMzansi @zwidenyapT It’s easy if they speak English first then learn the other language later—there is a risk of delayed speech when parents force them to be multi lingual.
