Based on decisons all season long, it's a Yellow & because of where a Pen Try, soft as it is BUT, the 2 instances where this has to change are: 1. When the defender is passive/retreating. 2. If any other tackler is involved in the play. I'd argue both happened there. #ULSvSTO
