@TideBusiness I am an existing customer for over 2 years now. I have applied 2 weeks ago to open a new business account for another limited company of mine and have still not heard back from Tide. This is ridiculous service for a loyal customer. Can someone reply to me?

@Bounce_BackLoan How was this done? They seem to be declining everyone even after being accepted.

@BarclaysBizChat Can someone please help. We contacted Andrewbrown@barclays.com at Barclays a week ago with documents in order to apply for a BBL but have had no reply to any emails.

@LloydsBankBiz Why is my account suspended and under review? My customers are paying me into that account. How long does this review take because when I called the advisor was not helpful!

@Bijal19 Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. There isn't really an exact timescale, each application is different it can take anywhere from 4 weeks to 6 weeks it really does depend on what comes up during the application. Have you already applied for an account? Lewis

@Bounce_BackLoan They allowed top ups to the bounce back loan, but so many of us who cannot open a business account are still stuck. ☹️

looks like they are going to reopen their new account application systems, NOT confirmed awaiting the small print and the new loan scheme whatever that is.

@krissyannjones @Bounce_BackLoan I have been emailing them everyday to look at my application again but no reply. I was rejected on the basis that I have an application elsewhere which I do not. How did you manage it?

@Bounce_BackLoan Thanks! So people are actually getting paid even after a few days without any issues? Most people I know have been paid next day and if they are not then it means the loan has been cancelled.

Most have had to wait wayyyyy longer than one day plan for a good few days at least, despite what they say.

@Bounce_BackLoan Declined by Conister. Apparently I do not meet their lending criteria. I tick all boxes! Utter rubbish!

@CapitalOnTap Appalled by your service to existing customers on the bounce back loan scheme. Seems you got accredited only for publicity and marketing purposes. No answers and it’s been over a month since accreditation with British Business Bank! Ridiculous
