@Bounce_BackLoan @MetroBank_Help @RishiSunak @BritishBBank I was asked for proof trading, not proof of turnover, but in order to showing trading in 2019, by necessity I had to provide statements etc. I’m happy to do so, but it’s not part of the BBLS requirements!

@Bounce_BackLoan just been notified my Barclays business account has been opened (been declined by every other bank and his dog) this morning. I can log into my personal account, and view my business details, don’t see any option for BBL, any ideas?Or do I need to wait for Card🙏

@JayCallaghan9 @DonachieDaryl @MetroBank_Help @Bounce_BackLoan Had the same on Wednesday, guy (who wasn’t on the BBL team) went off and found the decline reason and advised what docs to send, but he couldn’t action any further. Woman last Monday, was useless and claimed to know nothing. I’m still holding on call now (2hrs+). So wasteful

@MetroBank_Help so ive been declined after being approved then messed about on the phone loan account still shows processing and agreed. Now been told to write a letter to head office to appeal this is no on. Who can I speak to directly @Bounce_BackLoan
