Professor Fred Stare founded the Harvard Nutrition Department with help: - $1 million from General Foods - $2 million from Kelloggs - secret payments from the Sugar Association Stare promoted the idea that Coca-Cola was "a healthy between-meals snack." Should I trust them?

“We are going to ensure the new guidelines are based on science, not medical dogma.” For decades, saturated fat was vilified based on flawed science and institutional groupthink. Now, the FDA Commissioner @DrMakaryFDA is citing the very research I spent years unearthing. For the first time, we may see a true reversal: the new Dietary Guidelines could drop the cap on saturated fat. I never thought I’d hear this from a federal official. But here we are. Watch the clip. This is an historic moment. @HHSGov @RobertKennedyJr @SecRollins @MAHA_PAC @MAHA_Institute

"It activates the brain's repair systems." Dr. Mark Hyman tells Tucker Carlson about the keto diet's ability to cure cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's, schizophrenia and more. "It helps cognitive function at every level... from autism, to Alzheimer's, to schizophrenia, to depression." "Sugar is really driving this big problem—sugar and starch... When you eat these foods, your body gets dysregulated. And when you use a diet that actually shuts off these cravings... it doesn't take long." "In five or ten days, we get a 70% reduction from all symptoms and all diseases by people just changing their diet." "[It's] incredibly helpful for longevity, it's helpful for reversing chronic diseases. And across all these diseases, we're seeing the same thing happen." Credit: @drmarkhyman @TuckerCarlson

PCOS is a hormone imbalance—but it starts with a metabolic mess. At the root? Insulin resistance. Here’s how it spirals: 1. Insulin resistance → pancreas pumps out more insulin to keep blood sugar normal 2. Excess insulin stimulates the ovaries to produce more androgens (like testosterone) 3. High androgens → acne, facial hair, hair loss, irregular periods 4. Insulin also suppresses ovulation, causing infertility 5. Meanwhile, weight gain worsens insulin resistance—and the cycle continues The kicker? Many women are told it’s “genetic” or they’re just “unlucky.” Then they’re offered birth control or metformin—without ever being told that diet and lifestyle can reverse it. You can break the cycle: – Cut out processed carbs & sugar – Prioritize protein & real food – Lift weights to improve insulin sensitivity – Sleep, de-stress, and move daily PCOS is reversible. You don’t need to manage it forever. You can heal it by fixing the root.

The idea that mental disorders are purely genetic sounds comforting—at first. It seems to remove blame, reduce stigma, and offer a simple explanation. But here’s the dark side: it sends the message that people are broken—that they have faulty genes—and that the only answer is lifelong medication to "correct" their biology. We can do better. We need science that examines all the biopsychosocial causes—because many of them can be changed. And with that change comes real hope.

Your liver makes 70–80% of your cholesterol because your body needs it to survive. Your brain makes its own because cholesterol can’t cross the blood-brain barrier. It’s that essential. Calling cholesterol “bad” is one of the dumbest myths in modern medicine. You don’t mass-produce poison. You mass-produce what keeps you alive. What happens when you block cholesterol synthesis with statins? Muscle pain. Memory loss. Hormone disruption. Every cell in your body needs cholesterol. But sure, let’s shut it down and call it “preventive medicine.”

What if the Dietary Guidelines… never worked? ⠀ Two major government-funded experiments tested them—one on 50,000 women over 8 years. The result? No significant benefit for cancer, heart disease, weight loss, or diabetes. ⠀ In another study, participants following the Guidelines did no better than those eating what could only be called a junk food diet. ⠀ Yet these inconvenient findings were buried. No headlines. No course correction. ⠀ When the science says one thing, and policy does another, who’s being protected? 🎥 @NicoleShanahan

"You Cannot Have Type 2 Diabetes If You Don't Eat Carbohydrates." Dr. Rob Cywes Everybody with a true diagnosis of T2D can put their disease into remission. There are 537 million people "living with Diabetes." Don't manage it, reverse it. Your very life depends upon it. The most important thing to understand is that it's your relationship with carbohydrates that causes harm. Once you understand that, & you begin to eliminate Carbohydrates from your diet, you cannot have type 2 diabetes. You'll have no damage, you'll experience normal A1C & optimal blood sugar, if you don't eat carbohydrates. That's the principle of the Ketogenic Diet Treatment for Diabetes. Get rid of the sugar. Eat fat so that you're burning fat as a fuel source, not sugar, & you're not converting protein to sugar. In the US, 80% of lower-limb amputations are caused by complications from diabetes. This means that every 3 minutes and 30 seconds, a limb is amputated in the US due to diabetes. Diabetes is the leading cause of kidney failure, with approximately 40% of people with diabetes developing kidney disease severe enough to require dialysis or transplantation, meaning a significant portion of individuals with diabetes experience organ failure, primarily affecting the kidneys. 👇Diabetes Remission Thru Ketogenic Diet👇 pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC13… 👇248 Low Carbohydrate Diet References👇 neslazeno.cz/references/ Speaker: @carbaddictiondr Video: @truehumandiet

Seed oil fatty acid (linoleic) "promotes the growth of an aggressive type of breast cancer." A pre-clinical study by Weill Cornell Medicine Specifically, linoleic "enhances the growth of the hard-to-treat “triple negative” breast cancer subtype." Remember, in large, NIH-funded clinical trials where saturated fats were replaced with seed oils, subjects on seed oils consistently died at higher rates from cancer.

Medicine obsesses with glucose, but not insulin. Medicine obsesses with LDL cholesterol, but not triglycerides. Because medicine doesn’t have drugs to lower insulin and triglycerides. But guess what can lower those markers? A proper human diet. @BenBikmanPhD explains.

In Prisons, Replacing Junk Food With Whole Foods Reduced Violence By 80%. In Juvenile Detention Centers, Replacing Junk Food With Whole Foods Reduced Violence By 91%. Food is the most powerful intervention for mental health & behavior. "If You Give Prisoners Healthy Food, Swapping Out All The Crap They Eat In Prisons, There’s A 56% Reduction In Violent Crime. If You Add A Multivitamin, It’s An 80% Reduction. Because They Are All Nutritionally Depleted." The same has been done with adolescents in juvenile detention centers with clinical trials. The kids are disruptive, violent, aggressive, oppositional & suicidal. Stopping the SAD diet filled with Ultra Processed Foods & seed oils, instead giving them whole foods, there was a 91% reduction in all violent behavior, oppositional behavior, the need for restraints went down & suicide went down 100%. Suicide is the third leading cause of death in that age group, it went down 100% — no suicides. "The SAD (Standard American Diet), full of Ultra Processed Foods, excess carbohydrates, sugar & seed oils, disconnects the Amygdala from the frontal lobe of the brain. The frontal lobe is the grown up in the room, the adult — your higher self. The Amygdala is part of your reptile brain, your lizard brain. It’s going to fight or flee. Physiologically these parts of the brain are connected. But what happens if you eat crap, they get disconnected. And so you’re constantly reacting from your Amygdala with no grownup in the room. Which is why we see this level of divisiveness and hatred & all the upheaval we’re seeing in society now. I think a large part of that has to do with our brains being constantly triggered by this reptilian insult that is driving behavior change. And when we look at the fact of other data to support this, it’s not just a theory.” ---Dr. Mark Hyman, MD A healthy diet leads to a healthy brain which leads to a healthy society. This needs to be on an individual level within our own families & on an institutional level to overhaul what's served in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, prisons & all institutional settings. 👇Prison Nutrition & Chronic Disease👇 sites.brown.edu/publichealthjo… 👇Crime & Nourishment👇 pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC46… 👇Adolescent Good Nutrition = Good Behavior👇 pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC48… Speaker: @drmarkhyman Video: @truehumandiet

Senin bir yüzükle çıktığın bu yolda, yurt içinde, yurt dışında hesabını zerresi için bile veremeyeceğin tonla leken varken benim üç nesildir biriktirdiğim varlığıma, işime ve emeğime göz koyuyor; namusumuza, haysiyetimize söz ediyor, evlatlarımın geleceğini gasp ediyorsun. Bütün bunları bir avuç niteliksiz insanla yapıyorsun. Bu işin içinde olan herkes kirlidir. Ben milletime söylemiştim ve uyarmıştım. Diplomama el koyan bu akıl, sizin malınıza, namusunuza, mülkünüze çöker ve her türlü gaspı, tecavüzü yapar. Milletçe bu kötülüğün karşısında olmalıyız. Milletime çağrımdır. Millet büyüktür. Bir çağrım da yargı mensuplarına. Yüce Türk Yargısının namuslu, ahlaklı, milletine hizmet aşkı yaşayan on binlerce savcısına, hakimine haykırıyorum.
