The Stacks development (north of V between 1st and 2nd St SW) in Buzzards Point just south of Audi Field turned out pretty nice similar to the renderings. There’s some sort of clothing shop and a small market, this cool curved pedestrian lane has several retail spaces + housing

But long term, competitively, I think they’d be much better served in the league I put them in. SCAR can hold their own
