The crisis of competence endemic in the USA for decades has been fully revealed to the world. The sleight of hand which was the USD, and the spell cast by the military machine are over. All past assumptions are void. Everyone world-wide suddenly knows: The center doesn't hold.

Since Day One of Operation Epic Fury, President Trump clearly outlined the U.S. Military’s objectives to end the threat of the Iranian terrorist regime. The President and the Pentagon predicted it would take approximately 4-6 weeks to achieve this mission. Tomorrow marks week 3 - and the U.S. Armed Forces are doing an exceptional job. Day by day, the Iranian Regime is being crippled, and their ability to threaten the United States and our allies is being significantly weakened. As always, President Trump is laser focused on one thing: total and complete VICTORY.

@sixfootcandy You're not wrong. Just over focussed on how much things cost. The whole post war USA was wealthy for natural reasons. The wealth and value coming from the land and from the citizens' labor was high, and the DISTRIBUTION of that wealth was wide.

As a Gen Xer, I can tell you boomers and even my own generation comparing their 20s to today’s 20-30 year-olds needs to stop. I paid $600 for a West Hollywood apartment at 23. Today it’s $3500. Burgers weren’t $20, they were $6 to $8 in a nice restaurant. Life is not comparable. It’s a completely different world now.
