@UKLabour Good idea. Some of these schemes actually work. The NHS doesn't.
English

@DrChrisParry Let's just do what works. Globally, there are numerous efficient cost effective health systems that don't leave the vulnerable behind. The NHS isn't one of them. Private hospitals have never been busier. All the NHS does is put you on a waiting list. It's not fit for purpose.
English

We already pick up a massive bill for your failures, Wes.
It's called taxation.
The Labour Party@UKLabour
Nigel Farage's plan to move to an insurance-based healthcare system would leave you to pick up the bill.
English

@RachelReevesMP You can't 'de-escalate' anything. It takes military muscle to project strength. That's what de-escalates any situation. Thanks to you, Britain hasn't got it. You're an irresponsible clown.
English

We didn’t start this war. We didn’t want it. And working families in a cost of living crisis shouldn’t have to pay the price for it.
That’s why this government is focused on de-escalation and keeping energy bills down.

English

@RachelReevesMP To say that your government can have ANY influence on ‘de-escalation’ in the Middle East is performative BS. You have underfunded our Armed Forces to the extent of making them irrelevant on the global stage. As the PoTUS would say, you don’t hold any cards. That’s your fault.
English

@DrChrisParry Must disarm, must de-escalate, must open the Strait of Hormuz. Given the state of the UK's armed forces, Kier's not in a position to demand anything. This is performative BS. As if Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houtis & other baddies are going to listen to a human rights law in London.
English

@jamesd_graham Indeed. I think having the means to defend the Realm is a bit more important than a socialist breakfast club. Currently, we’re dangerously exposed and have been humiliated on the global stage. Meanwhile, these clowns fanny around with expensive gimmicks.
English

They are not free. They are being paid for by taxpayers who are paying the highest rates since WW2.

My pleasure to welcome @Keir_Starmer @AndyBurnhamGM and @bphillipsonMP to Holy Trinity primary school in Ashton this morning. 33 new free breakfast clubs will open across Greater Manchester this week, giving 10,000 more children a free, healthy start to the school day. That’s Labour on your side. 🌹
English

@DominicFarrell At least George Robertson is speaking out. There needs to be more of this. Labour are spending our taxes on bloody ‘breakfast clubs’ when what was the world’s finest navy, the RN, is being humiliated on the global stage. We’re run by dangerous socialist incompetents.
English

@Miss_Snuffy Exactly. We need ships for the Royal Navy and tax cuts to encourage enterprise - not a nanny state.
English

@Iromg The Royal Navy needs ships. They’re a much higher priority than you trying to buy votes from parents whose job it is to feed their own kids.
English

@bphillipsonMP @UKLabour You’ve removed the 2 child cap. Some of these benefit claimants are in for another £6k pa. Surely they can afford to make their kids a packed lunch? You lot are doing a good job of bankrupting the UK. You are financially illiterate socialist clowns.
English

@tpeters0707 @Mr_Andrew_Fox @BibasKfir I see where you’re coming from and would have instinctively sided with your remarks, but I respect Andrew’s comment. If you research his background, he’s extremely well-qualified to comment. I’m not. Are you?
English

@Mr_Andrew_Fox @BibasKfir lol you don’t have respect of the men if you haven’t seen the trenches it’s not complicated. A female makes it worse
English

If your top soldier has never been in combat, never fired a weapon to protect your country, never been fired upon but wears medals and ribbons like a real military veteran, you are in trouble.

@AngelaRayner @Keir_Starmer @AndyBurnhamGM @bphillipsonMP There is nothing ‘free’ just taxpayers to bleed dry.

@SeeDeeMcLeod @DrChrisParry Presumably precipitated by one of the world's foremost terrorist states creeping within an inch of acquiring a nuclear bomb. I'd say that's something we should all be worried about & a matter that needs sorted, not ignored.
English

@BillBullick @DrChrisParry The US put its own servicemen in harms way by starting a war.
English

@DVATW Translated into “FFS [in a panicked voice] someone do something before Trump asks for naval assistance in the area and I have to admit (again) that the U.K. hasn’t got the means to fulfil its overseas military obligations. Even the French are making us look stupid.”
English

@DominicFarrell As I guess you know, the Southern Irish in particular are a hot blooded race. They're kind, fun and loyal. Annoy them and expect trouble. I think some migrants will soon discover that the Irish have a shorter fuse than the patient, polite and tolerant mainland British.
