@johncardillo I don’t necessarily feel like I was fooled. Made decisions based on the totality of information available at the time. I actually didn’t support him in 2016. I voted 3rd party. I vehemently supported him in 2020. There is simply a better choice this time around.

One day these people will look back and realize they were in a cult. I don't blame them. Many were fooled by Trump in 2016. I gave him a pass for abdicating to Fauci and his horrible personnel picks and vehemently supported him again in 2020. I won't be fooled again.

Now see, that's reasonable. I understand that point of view. I differ because of electoral votes. I have criticized both Trump and DeSantis, I still like both Trump and DeSantis. Trump is way better at getting votes nationally. Auto, oil, steel, border, finances... Trump has affected more people. Trump can get those people to show up and turnout is how you best beat cheating this year

I don't find DeSantis or any politician infallible. I've been critical of his campaign's execution. I was critical of his first term. I was critical of his initial handling of COVID. I didn't see the political benefit of the six week ban. But, DeSantis's performance in office has been outstanding which is why I'm firmly supporting his presidential run.
