Natalie did so this year, but as playoffs progress into deeper rounds only the most tenured refs are selected- which is why none are selected for conference finals- not because they are not "good enough", they need more reps

The referee pool shrinks as playoffs advance, with the most tenured being selected, nothing to do with gender
