Ontario needs around 95 to 115 million kWh of electricity per day. Currently we have a little over 10 million registered vehicles in Ontario. If we switched to all Electric & only half of that amount (5 million) charged each day to a full charge it would require 375 million kWh of electricity. That is 3 times the amount of electricity we use right now! EV mandates are a disaster waiting to happen.
