@Piggycoops I find a lot are so focused on doing patterns so taking away from players own decision making and creativity And then you see an u10 team doing sprints around a full size pitch at the end of a session 🤦‍♂️

I’ve watched a fair bit of youth training sessions now and time and again it’s just functional- the coach focuses on the drill rather than the detail within that. Is it just me ? #grassrootsfootball #Coaches #football #youthdevelopment
