I want to thank God🙏🏾 to be able to finish a season of football after being out for 1 year and a bit and getting back in it late into the season. Despite this being the toughest season under my belt. @CopthorneFC @CHUFC @Bexleyfc_ Thank you for letting me find my feet again.

I'm gone

Well the 25/26 season has come to an end. Its been some ride, from dropping out of a move to Mid sussex championship and then thinking ill have a year away to being asked to help out at copthorne when they parted with their manager, which swiftly become permanent half way through a season as the assistant . Its been some ride and I’ve learnt so much at such a young age, I’m willing to take all the stick, it’s part of football. The boys have given it their all and it just wasn’t enough to get results. Since joining the main priority was to get the behind the scenes right first as we knew we had to much to do in the league for safety, in which we have since hired a fully qualified physio and secured a new ground share, these are steps in the right direction long term, but for now its time to accept whats happened and re group in a new division. What looks like such an ugly place to be in, I’m okay with it now as i know copthorne will be back. Stronger than you guys know us to be. Thanks to all the lads that stayed until the last battle, it shows true character and thank you to all the Managers and coaches in the @TheSCFL div 1 for showing me the same respect you would anyone else. Roll on 26/27 @CopthorneFC

@CopthorneFC @SelseyFootballC Genuine question. Just seen this post so looked at your results over the season. Looked like you were competitive even if you weren’t winning up until November. Assuming a bit of an exodus of players was the catalyst for the down turn in performance’s?

A performance to be proud of from the 9 we managed to get out there! No matter what the score line looks like these boys have done the club proud! Thank you @SelseyFootballC for being a great host for the lads and for such a strong support 👏👏

@CopthorneFC @SelseyFootballC Can I ask a question and I’m not judging. Is this what happens when you enter into a long term ground share without your own ground to go back to? You lose your own identity and players aren’t as loyal. As I say not judging, just asking the question.
