@Racingwithbruno @HobokenGeorge nonsense, the gap was claimed already.. they were level with eachother. You have to yield at that point. You can close gaps but you cant pin horses into other horses and the rail. If the inside horse didnt yield, that would have been a disaster.

Flavien Prat rode a race to try to box in Journalism, and when Umberto came up inside, Flavien knew the Clever Again was fading, so he did what a smart rider does he is going to run Journalism up the hind end of Clever Again. There was a foot or two of space and Journ' was brave and game enough to get his shoulder in there, Goal O' came over way too hard, and it put both Umberto, the horse and Clever Again in a dangerous situation. Journalism found a way to extricate himself, recover and re-engage. Amazing. It took guts on Rispoli and the colt to achieve that.
