I'd love to see a bear on camera (move along, nothing to see here, no food). The former residents saw a bear once eating from the bird feeders. The cameras do a good job.

It stopped, sat, and stared back at me. I talked to him (150’ away) and he didn’t move. Big cat, probably 15 pounds. The survivor is cautious with a hair trigger fight/flight reaction.
