I've curated a personal list of life rules that I try to live by. I'm going to try to list them here in a thread, along with a base explanation of each. Like/dislike them - these are my principles, but as with anything they're open to change & improvement as I grow with them.

@rowansail @lepikhinb Add your own guidelines to let the llm know to add reasonings, & to explain the more technical aspects with appropriate comments. Use it to generate the plan in full before implementing.. extra steps before but will help you get better understanding of your codebase & its output

@lepikhinb Damn thats insane dude, i installed Boost just last week Its amazing Only thing is now Claude is writing so much code for me, i am so scared for the technical debt i will be in if i dont understand any of the code

Just tried Laravel Boost for the first time and I'm so impressed. Claude Code one-shotted the API for my side iOS app with zero intervention: data structure, endpoints, tests, validations, and docs for the Swift app are all perfect. Note that I haven't touched any Laravel code since joining Managed Payments at Stripe, and man, this world has changed a lot.

Laravel Blade tip. Based on how three LLMs generated the same code. Want different CSS classes based on condition? - You can use if-else - You can use match() - Or... my personal favorite... "class" Blade directive Agree?

For the kitty backpack, the color of the dye influences the color of the cat. The best way to see the result is by choosing dye from the vanity backpack menu under apparel, and not from choosing the dye mod slot directly on the backpack.
