Happy to write this preview with my student Cody Elkins, highlighting an important new study by Catherine Lu's group published @ImmunityCP on the role of tertiary lymphoid structures in Hidradenitis Suppurativa, a severe chronic inflammatory skin disease.

Wang, Li and coll. identify in the cortex of Alzheimer's disease mice models and human patients a dysregulated circRNA signature associated with the pathological mechanisms leading to neurodegenerative progression.
