@kccrusso Remember when a majority of Scotland voted to remain in the UK but the minority of bad losers insisted on voting in the same shower of incompetent crooks for the next 3 elections as revenge?

Elderly women like Susan are currently cross checking pics of Nicola Sturgeon with the detailed list of plundered goods and making pics with hand drawn green arrows pointing at suspected item. That’s where we’re at today. Scotland is so shit at this it’s embarrassing.
Susan Dalgety@DalgetySusan

Now that Sturgeon knows some of her possessions (Montblanc pens, Smythson bags, oak library steps…) are ‘possibly’ the proceeds of crime, has she taken steps to hand them to the police?

While i’m a patient kind of yesser who never believed we could get indy without solid decent constant yes majority, I think the snp will be fully derailed if they don’t ramp up a plan B and draw the attention of the world to scotland’s plight by any means necessary

@PeatWorrier The justice system would in fact have fewer convictions of any kind if all people, including those who were guilty as hell, took this pragmatic approach.

I appreciate it is all very interesting to pretend this is a strange thing for a person to do - but the right to silence is a basic ECHR right and the evidence suggests the justice system would have fewer wrongful convictions to contend with if more people exercised it.

Lots of things can be true at once. Here's my best reckoning with the absurdity of the Murrell admissions this week. Firstly - he deserves for the book to be thrown at him for his sustained, cynical & indefensible breach of trust over a long period. White collar crime is serious.

The Scottish Government is going to have to stop asking the UK Government what it can do and start telling it what is going to happen, then force the UK Government into attempting to stop it. x.com/ScotNational/s…

@JohnnyDundee We need to formally make the request after the vote in parliament, then if the UK Government formally reject it, then move onto the next steps. Thing The National and others have jumped the gun here, still need to go through the formal process surely.

The abusive tweets directed at @MhairiHunter @kellylgiven @RosaZambonini and @ionafyfe on here are a new low. The SNP made mistakes, big ones, which were exploited by a shameless official. They gave their view. Nothing they said justifies what has followed.
