@SusanDa77076666 @RpsAgainstTrump While you are right about Trump. I don’t get why Iran is targeting French positions. Just seems insane unless it was a mistake.

As outrageous as this is for Bill Belichick, it is probably a good thing. Of the 50 voters that decide Hall of Fame entry, 45 are media members. Belichick not getting in just exposes a problem the HOF has had for a very long time. Media members should have absolutely no say in who receives the game’s greatest honor—voting rights should be restricted to only former players and coaches that are currently in the HOF. Hopefully this is the kick in the pants the NFL needs to make this right.

Bill Belichick, the 8-time Super Bowl-winning HC, is not a first-ballot Hall of Famer, per @SethWickersham and @DVNJr. Belichick fell short of the 40 out of 50 votes needed for induction to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility. espn.com/nfl/story/_/id…

Anyone confused by the Belichick snub, here's Bill Polian, a prominent member on the committee. Wonder what could bias him?

@GuntherEagleman When taken in whole, it appears that he expects the National Guard and the local police to fight ICE. Why would he expect that?

BREAKING: Mayor Frey has just requested assistance from the Minnesota National Guard to assist his local police. Where was this over the last few weeks as DHS and ICE were attacked EVERY HOUR? He's trying to increase tensions hoping for a standoff between National Guard and DHS. It's dangerous for a "leader" to talk like this. Why doesn't he want to comply with DHS in his jails? Why does he release dangerous people on the streets? Jacob Frey should be arrested, plain and simple.

@TicTacTitans You're forgetting renegotiating Diggs contract then trading him a year later and eating the cap hit making it impossible to get another receiver

@StocksMake The answer was the NFL decided they needed to "move the game along" with the Bills game so in didn't interfere with the Seahawk game. They decided pre catch/interception there would be no replays in OT

Chris Collinsworth saw that catch from the Rams and said I dont wanna be a buffalo bills fan right now lol. So was that not an interception by the Chicago bears or nah? NFL has to make an announcement on this, there's no way.

@hellokyliep @MikeSilver It's a decision made in corporate offices pre-game. They dont care about the actual play. Thats why you can't challenge in OT

@MikeSilver What would have really moved the game along? Allowing the catch, then having the bills kick a likely winning touchdown. Instead, they had to further move it along with PI calls to ice it quickly the other way.

Actually, the surname "Fitz" wasn't always a badge of shame; in the early Norman period, it was simply the standard way to denote "son of," similar to the Scottish "Mac" or Welsh "Ap". It only became a specific marker for royal illegitimacy-like Fitzroy (Son of the King) or Fitzclarence-much later, as a way to acknowledge noble blood while legally barring the child from the throne.

In medieval and early modern Europe, children born outside of marriage were frequently recorded as “bastards” in legal and church documents, and in some cases, this designation became part of their surname. In England and France, surnames reflecting illegitimacy included Bastard, Le Bastard, Batard, Bastardo, Base, and patronymic forms like Fitz (“son of”) or Fitzroy (“son of the king”) for royal illegitimate children. These names appear in tax rolls, court records, and parish registers from the 12th century onward, clearly signaling illegitimate birth. In England, another approach was to give neutral-sounding surnames based on geography or nature rather than explicitly indicating illegitimacy. Examples include Snow (northern England), Stone (western regions), Waters (southern areas), and Flower or Flowers in certain records. While not every illegitimate child received such a name, and practices varied across time and place, these surnames could stick for life and often influenced inheritance rights and social standing. © Reddit #archaeohistories

I truly don’t understand the whole “This is the easiest path to the Super Bowl for Josh Allen” narrative. Each team is not a push over. They all didn’t just accidentally win 10+ games. #BillsMafia
