@KanikouEstellia a lot of my shorts content is reposted Vtuber/OBS tutorial content from tiktok. So the stream vods wouldn't be something on the polar opposite side of the content spectrum

@BirbzVT You just don't want to confuse the algo by being a variety vtuber then suddenly hyper fixate on ASMR.

Question for the Vtubers that use Youtube. Do you prefer have a separate channel for your Twitch Vods or upload everything to the same account?

@BirbzVT I recommend multistreaming then! Yt autosaves and uploads vods from streams and converts them into Videos and it also attracts live viewers who scroll through yt. Its a good way to grow

@Ryakishou I cross post all my shorts! They've been doing well too, which is why I was debating on throwing the VODS up and/or multistreaming to bulk up the content on there. I've had no time to edit long form videos.

@BirbzVT You can do that! If its only twitch VODS you wanna archive go for it! Just be aware tho vod channels dont do well on youtube so i recommend just making it an archive or also post content like shorts and co

@Chiotails I'm sorta in the same boat. I plan on doing some long form content but haven't had the time, which is why I was debating throwing up the VODS on there for the time being. It's been a bit since I multistreamed to yt as well at TT and Twitch. Maybe its high time I do it again!

The reason why I keep mine separate after going back and forth for ages was because I was planning on doing longer form content as well as guides alongside my shorts, that tend to cover the same/similar topics. So it would all be "on theme" for the channel. Lives end up in a different tab without you having to go through the effort of uploading them separately which is nice, and the live watch time cuonts toward partner which a lot of people also enjoy the benefits from. But personally, I realised that I much prefer having the content separate. I didn't want to risk the algorithm not really knowing who to recommend me to either, so in the end my brain was like "separate!" and I did just that. I think it's a more older YT days mindset to separate them since the Live tab now exists, but there's a lot of personal preference there too!

@Ryakishou That's kinda how I'm feeling, but I don't multistream to YT (yet) and was debating on uploading my VODS from twtch.

@BirbzVT Since i multistream on yt and twitc- i have my vods all on main channel as they get auto converted into Videos and the watchtime you get from those count towards your monetization and stuff. I dont bother with separating especially since i very rarely do long form videos

I know a handful of vtubers that used my body asset tutorial with a Suiika model that were having a little trouble. This will help you learn how to pin the outfits to your model correctly!

Remember all that wonderful advice about soothing my voice for stream? Yeah I totally fucking it up scream singing to Erra last night. I couldn’t avoid the scream/cry/sing to Vanish Canvas. Worth it.

@trillestial Oh gosh I wish! I’ve been streaming for about the same time but I’ve increased my schedule and viewership in the last few month. so im still adjusting id say :) hopefully I’ll match your resiliance one day.

I really wish I could give advice to people on how my throat never hurts even when I’m yapping a ton. Only times it hurts is during Trillathalon. Maybe it’s cause I’ve always been a big yapper? Or maybe because I’ve done it for 7 years now idk :(
