Ok Calgary friends, migration is definitely underway and unfortunately windows are taking a toll. If you live or work downtown (or hear buildings with a lot of windows), please keep an eye out!

@ratliw @weaselheadpark @cmcalgary @BikeBikeYYC Also night time is when most wildlife is active in parks to avoid people. A black bear has been in the weaselhead with cubs for multiple years without incident. There is a park closure at 11pm for a reason

Healthy watersheds are a cornerstone to healthy ecosystems, by not explicitly considering non human use, aquatic life and all that depends on it is at risk. Write your MLA to express your concern

Flaco's toxicology report reveals 4 different types of rodenticide + pigeon herpesvirus. He was a very sick bird, in other words, when he collided with a window and fell, or simply fell, suffering traumatic injuries at an UWS apartment building. newsroom.wcs.org/News-Releases/…
