@DylWingo PlayStation/Xbox players will always stick with their console regardless what the company does. I don’t think it’s over discs though I think it’s over the “license to play” thing, with that being said I think ports fit into a different category that what they’re fighting against

@HARDHEAD7WD Personally think the complaining isn’t really about discs it’s about the concept of “buying a license to play”. It just sounds better as boycotting digital only. Ever since you had to download games off discs it’s been an issue really but no one cared until they took the discs

@TheGhostof8 I don’t think ports and new releases should be compared. You’re not gonna see a PS3 game get a brand new disc for a 2026 non remastered version meanwhile there’s no reason companies can’t make discs anymore especially with the heat of players fighting against the “license” issue.

@The_One_Boom I’ve seen people say you can and I’ve also seen people saying they shouldn’t be able due to the amount of hackers already on PS4 compared to 5 that they don’t want them intermixing creating the hacking issue at a high pace. Idk what’s true though as I haven’t gotten to play yet

@reece_us Base price I think is just due to trying to pull players back after the recent drama but even then $40 ain’t too bad. Should’ve came with DLC for sure but Season pass price is pretty good. They said from the beginning no cross platform or updates so idk what people expected

@xpertfusion3 Saying it’s criminal but then saying you’d do it if it was a different console is crazy. Not wanting to dig out a console is understandable but it’s the same regardless the console used. To play online you need PS+ which in turn gets you both games with everything for $60.

@ModernWarzone I don’t really see what there is to complain about. Reasonable pricing for what we’re getting and we were told upfront they weren’t updating anything except making whole new servers. I’d rather pay $60 for the “peak” games and have non hacked lobbies than play anything new

@ApeXClanFR Never cared for ranked, leaderboards can be problematic, counter was pointless, studio mode was nice but not needed, wager matches were the best so that hurts too, separate just like they were made, graphics mean everyone has equal playing field. I’m excited for it

We’re lucky they didn’t make them $40 with the discount and no season passes. Players got the exact games that they wanted, no company would put those out for nothing
