@Dangerman1337 I use optiscaler even on BO6 / 7 and have never been banned or tripped up by atvi enforcement. It’s definitely a ‘do at your own risk’ but on this game they certainly won’t be doing any enforcement in relation to this

@Critz5 Advice was def geared towards SP since the MP on this game sucks but even so that hasn’t been true for a while. DLSS is perfectly fine to use on multi, if you’re at 1080p force DLAA or use SMAA2x

@reece_us DLSS should only be used in Singleplayer and you'd need to use a resolution above 1080p so you actually get detail out of it otherwise it smears too much in motion.

@Verrial_ I don’t mind this games SMAA but it still needs a bit of sharpening imo It’s swings and roundabouts to be honest. DLSS nowadays is so good I’d say it’s worth using on the quality preset with a new dll, especially since the game will now be GPU bound on most setups

@reece_us SMAA still looks a ton better than DLSS, id only ever recommend dlss if a games uses forced taa like new cods

@hypersocialize I just played up to the third mission with no issues. I do remember having the cutscene freezing on Battlenet on this same PC so they’ve either patched it or it’s not an issue on Steam

@reece_us Are the cutscenes fixed? Like they aren’t freezing every couple seconds?

@Torobuck1246 @Wario64 I think it’ll do well as an impulse buy and they might subsequently drop MWII and III in the lead up to MW4, but to be honest they have little incentive to do it to the super old ones and Black Ops games. ATVI are scum and will only do it to line their next quarterly profits

@K1Gamer20 @Wario64 Yes, spectacular campaign is worth the money alone. Don't expect much from MP tho, there is fun to be had but there is a few issues with exploiters and cheating - and even back when the MP was new it wasn't the greatest. Poor map and game design overall

@typebeaaam @Wario64 Campaign is good, but the rest of it is basically the root cause for franchise downturn. I think that's a pretty popular consensus. MP would've been amazing if they made a few key changes, notably dead silence as perk and better maps. They punished movement wayyy too much
