@anhad004 @OnlyWaifu This is the past. The AI copy-pasted the user interface and general environment of Dark Souls 3, with minimal changes to the actual game itself.

You are wrong, it's currently only required when going after a specific individual . Fed agencies use "protest area sweeps" regularly; it's repeatedly challenged in courts, but has not been struck down. How do you know that they were not operating under this type of warrant? Using your logic, where were the thousands of warrants during J6? There weren't thousands, because they had a couple of targeted areas around the Capitol and everyone's data, guilty or not, got swept up and sifted through later.

@BisnapsDragon @Doug44478373540 @nicksortor What would be the Probable Cause for that warrant. Little thing called the 4th Amendment saus they needs Probable Cause. I know ICE doesn't follow the law but juat yanking people's cell phone data without one means those people could sue

🚨NOW: A video is going viral showing an ICE agent ripping a phone away from an elderly U.S. citizen, keeping it, and throwing her to the ground when she attempts to retrieve it. No mercy. Identify and prosecute each one of these guys to the FULLEST extent of state law.

@BlindPublic @lone_rides If they are serving an arrest warrant, yes. However, they must serve the warrant properly and must leave upon the arrest of the individual.

@lone_rides Genuine question, if they have an arrest warrant and a high probably of suspicion this person is in a specific location, can they enter said location without a warrant specific to entering the home? They're not collecting evidence, just searching for a wanted individual.

@HFBS1314 @Dp_homesteader @lone_rides Yick Wo v. Hopkins 118 US 356 (1886) established the precedent that the Fourteenth Amendment applies to ALL persons in the country, not just citizens. They also have 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendment rights to due process and protection from unreasonable search and seizure.

@anniewise67 @EricLDaugh Have you seen any arrests or convictions? It's not normal to release criminal files to the world before that happens as it can harm a case. It's common sense which the left obviously doesn't have. 🤡🤡🤡

@JesseKellyDC I don’t agree with the portal, but I also don’t agree with the agents wearing masks to avoid identification. We have the right to film them for the specific purpose of making sure that they are acting within their authority.

@angertab A ruling being appealed does not constitute corruption. That’s the reason we have appellate courts.

This is the Judge's ruling on the appeal for the arrest of Don Lemon. It shows the original Judge's refusal to sign the warrant was unjustified because the DOJ established probable cause. However, the court declined to sign the warrant because the DOJ failed to establish "it has no other adequate means of obtaining the requested relief". That means the appeals court believed Lemon's warrant should have been signed the first time, and the DOJ had other routes they could take for his arrest. This proves Lemon should have been arrested the first time, that the Trump DOJ is not corrupt, but there is a corrupt Judge who needs removed from the bench.

@lurker9876 @covie_93 Apparently, a grand jury indicted Lemon, which is just an easier avenue to seek an arrest warrant, so the situation ended the same anyways.

@lurker9876 @covie_93 The judges are who determine whether or not the evidence is sufficient, not us. The fact that the appellate court affirmed the decision just makes the original order stronger.

A federal judge and an appeals court both declined to approve an arrest warrant for Don Lemon due to a lack of evidence. The trump administration went ahead and arrested him anyway.

@nicksortor If they haven't already, ICE, DOJ, FBI should be geo-fencing the Minneapolis area(s) and cross-referencing cell pings. I would place a safe bet that the majority are not from the area and most likely have been pinged at other Lib protests.

@Twitte888888 @johnwylie @CalltoActivism The initial contact was the agent unlawfully seizing the woman’s phone. She has a right to film the agents and, as far as we are aware, was not interfering with the agent’s duties as a law enforcement officer.

@OtherSideAus @CalltoActivism “To prevent him filming her” is a violation of the First Amendment. We don’t have the full context, but federal agents do not have the right to seize a person’s phone while recording and forcefully shove them.

That’s funny because I see an activist invading the personal space of a federal law enforcement officer, harassing him, probably against his direction. I see him take the phone off her to prevent her filming him. I see her assaulting him and interfering with a federal law officer. Then I see her getting arrested - quite understandably. Funny how people see things differently but I reckon my version would hold up in court and yours is an idiotic fantasy.

@Fujimori_v2 @micah_erfan A court issuing a ruling establishes precedent. Until it is successfully appealed, it stands as case law. It isn’t up to us to decide what ruling has basis of law; that’s the appellate courts’ job.
