
Can someone at @TroyBiltSupport escalate this? I need the Auger Engagement Cable 946-04230B to use my equipment. Waiting 60 days because the system showed the wrong inventory isn’t acceptable. Long-time customer hoping someone can actually resolve this. THIS IS 2026, JUST FYI.

To make it worse, the part showed green “IN STOCK” when I ordered it. Now I’m told it’s backordered 60 days and I was never notified. Customers shouldn’t have to call to find out items in their order weren’t shipped. Please fix this. @TroyBiltSupport
