Kudos to @coffeebreak_YT and @PunterJeff for locking horns & debating the preference share model. A frustrating listen at times but the fundamental disagreement is on long term bitcoin price. For MSTR, BTC outrunning the prefs is THE game. See mstr.rip to model.
