Fable was able to take completely static Boo characters (48x48 pixel) and give them walking animations by clipping their base template Did NOT expect this to work so well either! It made Boos with feet walk, and it made Boos with no visible feet, hop around hahaha

i didnt expect to get here so fast with Fable WTF IT'S JUST BUILDING THE FULL GAME AND ASSETS OUT IN FRONT OF ME (i am trying to create a dynamic world sim, D&D style, with my AI characters) in order to create variance and randomness while generating synthetic data to grow the world model, i'm building out an actual game and resource mechanic, reward (earning resources/food/gold), punishments (death, gold loss etc), economy on how these Boo characters interact with each other given their situations and feelings and then training LLMs per character based on all the data they've genned during this experience

fable made night mode as an option on its own very impressive bc it basically re-generated the background scene itself ????

finetuning the gemma 12b base model to represent the Boo universe entirely the goal is to truly create a self-evolving story that lives and grows in real time every checkpoint is an archive of its past from here i then use this universe-model as the base model for finetuning special characters that know the FULL lore by finetuning the WORLD MODEL itself into the specialized character i get a neural net that completely knows the lore and story of the world + has its own personality and perspective on it! i'm truly creating characters that are a living embodiment of both personality and lores, completely baked into neural nets, running locally on my MACBOOK this was actually one of my dreams and I nearly side-quested it to full completion in a week purely through Fable LMFAOOOO

i had codex and claude create me an RLHF app so i can filter through a personality and output I want my finetuned model to sound like i gave it my Boo Kingdom lore, the characters, and a few example outputs i REALLY liked in my experience with programming QB we then use these core text dialoge examples to generate synthetic data outputs from various models so far, GLM-5.2 has created the BEST outputs, with Opus 4.8 coming in second. other gens use llama 3.3, gemini, deepseek v4 pro, haiku 4.5 etc but at this point i've already rejected all their outputs every 10-20 examples we go through, i tell codex and it views the database to understand what style/taste i'm allocating too it's almost like a game of hot and cold it then uses this to generate MORE synthetic data once i have maybe 100 examples i think i'll be confident enough to then just have codex use GLM-5.2 generate thousands of synthetic data output that automatically embed my lore/banter/characters and experience then I'm going to train a gemma 4 12b model, and see if i can make it embody my character directly like i want a neural net of weights that ARE LITERALLY QB i want this to have my own LLM specialized on my lore, to start generating an immersive story and interactive experience on a day to day basis this is awesome so far because i already feel so immersed in the GOOD outputs it gets me excited, the more good outputs we get BETTER ones get generated in the next wave it's like i'm watching my own story and universe come to life in real time, in a way that no model has ever been able to just 'prompt' SO EXCITED I'LL KEEP YOU GUYS UPDATED THIS IS MY HYPER FIXATION RN
