@BCHcash_mint has now cleared its official MVP milestone stage.
Fulfilling the goal of BCH-1's post-hack accelerator support to hit launched products.
What started as a $BCH native NFT marketplace has added a hot ton of features, taking the initiative for being the go-to place for NFTs on Bitcoin Cash.
The platform has now facilitated:
• 200+ NFTs minted through the CashMint engine
• 140+ NFTs listed across marketplace flows
• NFT drops including BCH meetup and fundraising campaigns
• Existing $BCH NFT collections onboarded
The marketplace now has:
• Fixed-price NFT listings (+ Multi-Currency Toggle)
• Fully on-chain auctions
• WalletConnect integration
• Native support for Cashonize and Paytaca
• WizardConnect integration through Riften Labs
• Mobile-native PWA workflows
• Live Activity Tracker: Real-time marketplace feed
• UTXO consolidation tools built directly into user profiles
And...User Education and Onboarding, Guided Tutorials.
One of the more important developments is the release of the CashMint Standard and the public CashMint SDK v1 (Developer Tools).
Bitcoin Cash has had CashTokens and BCMR support for some time, but application-layer NFT standards have remained fragmented.
CashMint is attempting to establish a shared structure that wallets, marketplaces, explorers, and applications can integrate around together, as the NFT ecosystem on #CashMintStandard grows there will be more applications built.
Ethereum had ERC-721. Solana had Metaplex.
Shared standards are what give developers confidence that assets will function consistently across wallets, marketplaces, and applications without custom integrations every time.
CashMint is beginning to build that coordination layer for BCH.
The architecture is also deeply BCH-native.
Marketplace activity is enforced through CashScript covenants rather than custodial settlement.
Auctions have gone through multiple contract iterations, and the platform includes BCH-specific UX tooling like BCMR publishing flows and integrated UTXO consolidation.
This is infrastructure designed around how Bitcoin Cash actually works.
The project is also starting to connect into the broader BCH application layer.
Wallet interoperability through WizardConnect, SDK tooling, open standards, NFT lending integrations, and marketplace primitives are beginning to connect projects together.
BCH-1 looks forward to supporting the next phase of growth, including partnerships with NFT projects and communities outside of Bitcoin Cash.
The timing is interesting.
As the Ordinals cycle begins fading from its complexity,
CashTokens are entering a phase where more advanced NFT systems can begin forming directly on Bitcoin Cash.
