The point is to see whether the vehicle can make the instrument behave differently than spot BTC by controlling issuance, liquidity, leverage, and redemption pressure. If the wrapper absorbs BTC volatility without passing all of it through to holders, it becomes capital structure. If it cannot, then it is just another high-beta Bitcoin trade.
