@BitcoinRebel Great work getting 82 I’ve known a lot of people with substance abuse issues and recidivism is part of the recovery process The after effects of the alcohol being differentiated is your body (mostly liver) telling you it is getting older and is no longer as capable as it was

I have this weird thing these days with it. I have a drink, enjoy the taste and the effect while drinking but at night feel like absolute dog shit. Don’t know why but that’s all it takes is ONE damn drink. I’ve been doing this mushroom thing and it’s made it much easier going without the booze. In fact hadn’t even wanted it until just a couple days ago. I’m on my off week and caved but it won’t happen again. I’ll never be the guy who points my finger and tells you how stupid you are for poisoning yourself, I’ve had a lot of fun in the past. Maybe I’m just getting old. Idk.

@BitcoinRebel 82 days without a drink is a major feat. Life is meant to enjoy. I stopped drinking for over 30 days in 2022, and noticed zero benefits. Maybe I didn’t stop long enough. I also don’t consider myself an alcoholic. 3-6 beers once or twice doesn’t define me
