KSB @Bitcoinme2life · Nov 15 Scraping by m2m on a small disabilty check I felt little hope for the future then in late 2020 I began reading about BTC. In Jan, 2021 I ran across @saylor and in Feb I started changing out pennies for sats, every penny I could.

@JM_speakss You don't have to be playing with a snake to be bitten, touching that stove can bring learning along with the pain. I don't have any bitcoin but IF I did an exchange trade would be but a way station, next train cold wallet.

A lot of people in bitcoin tell me it’s easier for them to leave their bitcoin on an exchange. It makes me feel like the marketing for bitcoin has completely failed. What happened to not your keys not your coin… Sigh. Do you leave your bitcoin on an exchange or do you self custody?

@BitcoinRebel I was in Tx 3 yrs Army, not by any stretch am I a cowboy but I do believe and have personally applied the Tx parable of "Just dust yourself off and climb back on and kick that fucker in the sides, only way they know who's in charge." Or something like that.🤣

In Atlanta, a lawn care crew found a disabled veteran’s home buried under 2 feet of weeds. His HOA had been fining him $50 daily for the unkempt yard. The team offered to mow and clean the entire property for free. As they worked, the HOA president called police, claiming the volunteers needed a vendor permit and were trespassing. Officers arrived, heard the full story, told the HOA to stand down, and let the crew finish. The yard was fully transformed — a clear win for kindness over bureaucracy.

@BitcoinRebel An endorsement like this could warrant a copy right infringement suit. Careful they might come for your bitcoin, and we both know they'd never get it.

Packin my bags and headed to my favorite ridin state….Tennessee. Three days at Smoky Mountain Harley Davidson with BlackBerry Smoke. When I’m down there nothing else matters to me which is why I need to get off my dead ass and buy a chunk of land. I have a couple spots I’m looking at closer to the Cookville area. There’s just something about being in those hills to me. To my wife it’s being next to the water, to me it’s being in the mountains. Why not both?

@BTCBreadMan Tell him he should go cheaper for the next ten years and trade his short-term desires for long-term assurances via bitcoin purchases. Hard sell for the young but we can hope.

Took my 16 year old to look at cars today. At first he loved the Toyota Camry we looked at, but when he saw the seats were cloth he hard vetoed it. They have another one with leather seats, but it’s an XLE and costs $5k more. How can I change his mind so I can save some money?

@BitcoinRebel I've been minimizing my time on the internet, attempting to achieve a few goals of my own. Besides, my ass has gotten too wide continually sitting of it in front of this screen. I would have dropped a meme but reality hits too close to home.🤣🤣

I discovered bitcoin in 2013 but my true epiphany came before that in 2011 when I decided to exit the game and climb out of debt. Recently I’ve been thinking back to that time more and more (I think it’s the 🍄‍🟫’s). I remember back then all I wanted was a place away from it all and to not owe anyone anything. I’ve finally come full circle after 4 bull markets. As I go through my 5th I’ll be spending a lot of my time in an off grid cabin on a piece of land that isn’t of much value (low property tax) because it’s undesirable to others. Once I have this completed, I’m not sure how life gets any better. Like I’ve always said, it’s not about the money…it’s about the 𝔉𝔯𝔢𝔢𝔡𝔬𝔪!

@AAStack I was able to lose .47 BTC thanks to my stupidity. That specific pain will never be experienced again, and besides God put me right where I need to be to go forward with set it and forget it plan. The loan hurt, but it also helped if that can be believed.

@KristianCsep Less than a novice but as I understand it Knots gives its user plausible deniability/legality to argue that images retained on his devise were put there EVEN though he significantly worked to prevent it as it is how the system works. Somewhat of a legal shield other than rubber.

🚨 JUST IN: this image was mined into block 938576 without OP_RETURN, showing Knots filtering does not prevent it. The transaction was included via MARA Slipstream. It was created by bitcoin developer Martin Habovstiak, who published a detailed research paper explaining exactly what he did and how anyone can verify it. RESEARCH TLDR 👇 His goal was to test if stricter filtering rules can actually stop arbitrary data from being embedded on-chain. Full research: KnotsLies(dot)com 🔗below WHAT THIS TRANSACTION SHOWS: • The image is stored contiguously inside a single transaction • No OP_RETURN was used • No Taproot was used • Consensus rules were followed • The transaction can be independently verified by anyone running a node His core argument: • Limiting OP_RETURN does not stop arbitrary data storage • Policy filters shift the data rather than remove the capability • If one encoding path is restricted, another can be engineered • Workarounds are practical, not theoretical SPAM OR WHACK-A-MOLE? I’m not a technical expert. But the more I read about all this, the more it feels like a whack-a-mole game. You close one door, someone finds another. I don’t like spam. I don’t like images embedded on-chain. But it doesn’t seem like there’s an effective way to fully stop it. What are your thoughts? - Full research: KnotsLies(dot)com 🔗below
