I raised a few of my targets in my just released 3rd Qtr letter. I raised my Nasdaq Comp target from 23,000 to 24,000. I left my other index targets unchanged so S&P 7000,DJIA 55,000 & RUT 3300. I also raised my QQQ target from 600 to 650 & my SMH target from 300 to 400.

这次硅谷银行SVB的暴雷对于整体风险市场尤其是科技公司的影响会很大，硅谷一半的公司都在使用SBV，其中很多公司在下周将不能正常发放工资，离职和裁员会继续加剧。对于币市来说，最首要的就是USDC的影响，大概有33亿美金的USDC储备金在SVB中，占总流通量的8.25%，目前来看是有影响，但影响不大，还有300亿美金购买的美债，大体计算一下，如果挤兑不超过200亿美金，也就是一半的USDC用户，大概率不会出现。而对于美联储来说，并不能认定不会加息50，仍然要看二月的CPI数据。对美联储来说一个或几个SVB并不比通胀更重要，美联储甚至可以牺牲350万人的就业。 视频中有更加详细的内容分析

1/ Following the confirmation at the end of today that the wires initiated on Thursday to remove balances were not yet processed, $3.3 billion of the ~$40 billion of USDC reserves remain at SVB.

2/ This $USDC situation is a completely different case from the $UST collapse. In May 2022, LFG sent $BTC to exchanges and issued infinite $LUNA to restore the UST peg, which was known through on-chain activities prior to the collapse.

Value dropping to zero means major shareholders are selling. No on-chain proof of $USDC bank run found for now.
