I don’t believe in fairy tales from the Vienna Woods. We can’t even bring order to our own planet. What are we even talking about when it comes to the Moon? And if there really is someone out there (and I’m convinced there is), they will never let us humans cross the borders of our Earth. And they would be right to do so. Why would they let in deranged, greedy, lying creatures who kill their own kind for fun or pleasure? So relax — no one is going to let us onto the Moon, and certainly not onto Mars. Humans need to change first, and that’s never going to happen. We’re just pathetic consumers. We need to learn how to listen and how to speak the truth.

The first batch of young men and women selected from my rural sub-location for the vocational training scholarship I secured has been successfully enrolled in college to begin their technical skills training. They are 22. Among the training is the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), where those with prior skills (Masonry, Carpentry, Welding, Mechanics) but who didn't complete school will be issued RPL certificates after assessment by CDACC assessors. CDACC stands for Curriculum Development Assessment and Certification Council. TVET stands for Technical and Vocational Education and Training

I secured a scholarship to enrol 50 young men in a technical college. I picked 40 from my sub-location. Young men in the villages without access to skills training are languishing in the village, idling, stealing and betting. Enlightening men on X is not enough.

People often say that the developing world is poor because the Western world colonized them and stole their resources. The truth, however, is that over the past century, the developing world has, for the most part, shown that they are completely incapable of harnessing their own resources. They are not poor because we stole from them. They are poor because they do not know how to run and administer their own countries, resources be damned. Take Venezuela. The world's largest oil reserves mean nothing if you have a corrupt communist as your leader. People will actually be starving and trying to eat zoo animals while you sit on trillions of dollars in resources! Africa is another example. Europeans left behind farmland, trains, roads, and mines in Africa. What happened to it all? It's not that all of a sudden, the Africans started running things like anti-colonialist activists had envisioned at the time. No, no. All the infrastructure fell into disrepair and/or was stripped down and looted. They were literally handed fully functioning, completed supply chains for resource extraction, and basically unlimited wealth, but they couldn't manage the simple upkeep. Now, the defense for Africa might be that "The Europeans didn't teach the Africans how to manage any of this! It's not the Africans' fault they couldn't run it independently! They were never trained!" But my brother in Christ, the Europeans DID try to train locals for management! Obviously it would have been easier to have at least some locals in administration, rather than having to import an ENTIRE workforce, but efforts to find African talent were largely unsuccessful. Don't believe me? Just look at the different outcomes in Hong Kong and Singapore when compared to Africa. In East Asia, Europeans often did work with locals in administrative and management capacities. When colonialism ended, Hong Kong and Singapore were able to manage themselves. Not the case with Africa. Now, none of this is to say that colonialism is good. People have the right to self-rule and seld-determination. However, the idea that colonialism and resources extraction are responsible for the developing world's ongoing poverty? That is quite simply a crock of shit.

Degrees and hard skills are important. But, soft skills might be more important than ever. You can have all the education in the world, but if you can’t talk to people, read a room, listen, or pivot when needed, you’ll fall behind. Soft skills aren’t optional. They’re mandatory.

Men, When a man ends a marriage, — Don't condemn him. Don't call him a deadbeat. Don't side with the woman. The man didn't leave the marriage because he hates the woman. He left because of exhaustion. He gives, and gives, and gives, but got nothing in return. No respect. No gratitude but just drama, chaos and entitlement. Exhaustion has drained him until his soul is broken. #MasculinitySaturday

You might wonder why the UAE is so obsessed with Sudan, alongside its obsession with other Red Sea nations like Somalia, Djibouti, and Eritrea, and why it keeps crossing every line and fueling chaos in the country. The answer is simple: the UAE wants to dominate global food security while tightening its grip on every port along the Red Sea coast and building a maritime network reminiscent of what was once called the Omani Empire. To achieve that, it needs Sudan’s vast agricultural lands, its immense mineral wealth, and its strategic coastline. Emirati companies like International Holding Company and Jenaan Investment already control over 50,000 hectares of farmland in Sudan, while the massive Abu Hamed project covers another 162,000 hectares. These projects are designed to secure the UAE’s food supply, not to help the Sudanese people. But controlling such vast resources requires influence on the ground, otherwise, they risk being expelled just like they were in Djibouti, when the government canceled their port deal after accusing DP World of exploiting national assets and undermining the country’s sovereignty. And that’s where the Rapid Support Forces come in. The UAE has turned them into its armed hand in Sudan, providing funding and weapons in exchange for loyalty and access to the country’s gold, land, and agricultural exports. When the Sudanese government refused several UAE agricultural deals because of unfair terms, and when local communities resisted these exploitative projects, Abu Dhabi shifted tactics, from business deals to direct interference through proxy militias. This desert state, whose oil reserves are running out, is obsessed with securing its own food supply, and even controlling global food chains, at the expense of African nations. Its greed for Sudan’s fertile land and vast mineral resources has pushed it to back destructive wars and destabilize the region. What we are witnessing is modern-day colonialism, the same mindset of old imperial powers, but this time led by a tiny Gulf state that wants to reshape Africa in its own image. The UAE’s arrogance, ambition, and selfishness are beyond belief. It seeks to divide nations so that every country becomes as small and dependent as itself, all while the world watches in silence and complicity.
