No. It’s entire identity is fabricated from wars and their culture is stolen from victims of their wars. They have no actual history but lies. They believe in nothing but myth of their greatness. They must have ways to steal culture, identity and achievements from others. If you strip russia of its lies and stolen culture, you only have what they actually are; Mongolian colony bred for for invasions.
That’s why over many centuries, many forms of government - in fact 3 forms of government and 2 revolutions in just last century- they are unchanged.
They can only exist through horror. That’s why after so many generations, even when they leave russia, they remain violent and criminal.

Russians launched a missile attack on a street and a store in the town of Merefa in the Kharkiv region. At least 5 civilians were killed. Russians killed people in broad daylight for no reason.
