Been watching then all over sudden nikaamua kuenda balcony for some fresh air little did I know ni insticts. A girl amepata seizure attack and as always crowds zikagather, one of them akawaadvise wampee maziwa. Imebidi nimekimbia coz how they were managing it was very risky. Wamemlalisha akiangalia juu alafu forcing her to take milk. This is very risky coz victim anaweza choke rahisi sana. Had to stop them and dispersed the crowd, checked her airway and luckily it was intact. Made her to lie on the side and stopped those women from giving her the milk. After like 5 minutes she was up, told the women to help her clear off the dirt on her clothes and definitely I had to give them some education incase of any future attack. A person experiencing seizures and shaking involuntarily should be made to lie on the side, check airways to ensure 'asimeze' ulimi. The victim should NOT be given anything by mouth until they have recovered as they can easily choke since there is limited cough reflex. Also ensure fresh air, loosen any tight clothes and remove anything that could cause harm. The goal of managing a seizure attack to keep the victim off from any injuries. Incase you come across such a case now you know what to do.

The first patient I ever lost in medicine complicated from a simple Ex lap done for peritonitis,he had wound infection,had colostomies,we did a resection and anastomosis again,got sepsis,malnourished and died.l after suffering. This can affect any of us feminists and even those tough masculine guys. When did we become this vicious and sad as a people? So doleful,Lit Ndi!!!

One of the cleaners at my former place of work, always with his Earpiece listening to music while he cleans, i greet everyone at the office like we're pals, hand shake and a "guy hug", eveyone, at the end of most months , i go around giving some of the cleaners 2k each or 1k depending on how much of my salary I've spent before e enter, including the security guys too, i do this because i know how much they earn, and i can tell you its not enough to survive in Lagos, Fast forward to about 6 years later, i had left the organization and i was part of a committee organizing an event for some executives for a retreat at a very nice resort here in Lagos, i never met the manager in person , but we spoke on the phone e few times and i was on the call most of the times with the concierge team. The day we brought the team, the concierge personel was introducing eveyone to the team, and a tall fine gentle man walked in and she said "oh here's our Manager, before i could even open my hand for a handshake, he screamed my name, hugged carried me off my feet, i was still trying to figure out who he was, and he said its me( called his name) , i couldn't believe it , he was the same cleaner guy at my former place of work, now a whole manager?!!!. I hugged him and carried him this time , i was super excited. Apparently while he was a cleaner he was also finishing at National open university, he told how he's always looking forward to the 2k from me every month.😁 . To cut the long story short, i got 70% discount on everything i did, the room, the food i paid almost nothing. 😁. God can lift anyone from anywhere, never look down on anyone , i treat eveyone with same respect.

i once worked with someone extremely wealthy and what stood out was their mindset and how they never complained about small inconveniences their coffee order was wrong? they just drank it. flight delayed? they pulled out a book. they had this quiet acceptance that some things simply aren’t worth the emotional energy while the rest of us stressed over what we couldn’t control, they had already shifted focus to what they could control. it wasn’t really about money solving problems… it was about having enough security that they didn’t feel the need to fight every battle... they could afford, mentally and emotionally, to let things go.
