Nash was one of the worse draws in world heavy championship history , Hall only ever headlined B Shows and as great of an showman he was HBK never drew well Bret wasn't an amazing draw in the states, BUT he was a huge draw internationally, which is why there are a ton of international tours from 94-97. And the simple fact remains that he did draw better than Shawn in the US Bret was huge internationally, which was important because their domestic business was on life support. It's important to look at these things in context - post-Hogan, post-steroid trial, with a dire roster full of comedy gimmicks. Bret was one of the few things keeping them alive.
