Someone is working on a SNES-era demake of FFXVI and it's looking great! Just played through the "demo" portion and it really is a faithful 1:1 adaptation of FFXVI using the graphics & gameplay of SNES-era FF titles complete with an overworld map, party and random encounters 😲

@FillaneXIV I see people that have me blocked all the time. At first I was like "lol what?" but also like if they think we don't vibe, they have the right to curate their feed.

Cause I saw a post about it: If you see someone blocked you with no prior interaction, don't take it to heart or assume you did something wrong by being yourself (unless you voiced hate against a group of people or something). It took me a while to understand that in this community, people often block anyone who is "ruining the vibe" too.

@dinoavatar Every now and then he'll say something that makes sense and I don't actually think he's a bad person. He's like a chihuahua. Loud and obnoxious but you can generally just swat him away. GENUINELY, I saw someone say how easy it was to catch a block from him and wanted to test it

@BlackwindMythos So why do you believe that's reason enough to be an asshole to him? Why not have just blocked him yourself if you found him annoying? I feel that would've saved yourself a lot of mental if you did so

Tbh I don't wanna dig deeper into his tweets, but I remember a day or two prior he was crashing out about how hard it was to do one specific mechanic. This was 100% him being incapable and making excuses.

@dinoavatar A lot of his takes are him bashing raiders for telling him he's wrong about something or spreading blatantly incorrect information. Like I said elsewhere, I don't think he's actually toxic or anything, but the guy talks way more than he listens and can't handle being corrected.

@dinoavatar I genuinely don't blame him or his group for quitting when it wasn't fun. But like....M8S isn't that bad of a fight and for him to act high and mighty when he admittedly couldn't clear it is kinda silly. The guy crashed out for several days over this one specific fight.

@BlackwindMythos Makes sense to me honestly. Frustration is bad and you shouldn't push yourself to do things you hate, especially when the thing should be fun, not a job. Sometimes you get stuck on something and love that experience, while another time you're stuck and hating it

@BP_anch I don't even think he's toxic. His issue is that he talks more than he listens. He's notorious for refusing to accept that he's wrong and lashing out when people call him out. If you look through his posts, a lot of them are complaints about raiders telling him he's wrong
