Daredevil: Born Again. I checked out of season one when they executed White Tiger, so I had no idea what I was walking into. The “previously on” has almost no Daredevil. It’s all shot dark and murky so you can’t tell who’s fighting who. Every scene looks like it’s lit by one lightbulb. People start speaking to each other in a foreign language. And that’s when I realized I don’t care about this show AT ALL. Too dark to see. Too mired in modern NYC politics. MORE tired ICE references. Too celebratory of WOMEN. Too many characters getting screen time that should go to DD. And this is before Jessica Jones ruins it with her nasty attitude. I’m so done with watching crap just so I can tweet about it. You guys got this one.
