And we wonder why the U.S. has decided to withdraw from joint defence talks with Canada? Dithering on the clearly superior F-35 purchase, shutting down a Baffin Island deep sea port, advanced northern radar stations manned only part of the year absent U.S. support, shipping Canadian-made new-generation military service weapons to European countries before our own Canadian soldiers have access, and the list goes on. At this point, would anyone be surprised if the government-funded CBC lured military veterans under false pretences, to humiliate them on a prank tv show? These are post-national state vibes; maybe we should become the 51st State, to save what’s left of Canada being sold piece by piece to China.

What a biased propaganda department our State Broadcaster has become. Conservative floor-crossers? Non-stop coverage coast to coast. Liberal letter-writers? Full anonymity, protect Dear Leader.

14 Liberal MPs write a letter critical of Carney. CBC gets it and writes this. "Despite signing their names at the bottom of the letter, the MPs do not want to be publicly identified," CBC writes. No names released. This would not happen to Poilievre. cbc.ca/news/politics/…

@MarkJCarney What lessons will we learn, if taxpayers fund a new building instead of a public inquiry? Is this how we prevent future tragedies, by burying old buildings before examining all the facts of the investigation?

More than 100 days after the horrific shooting in their community, the people of Tumbler Ridge continue to show incredible strength in the face of unimaginable grief.    In the aftermath of the tragedy, we made a promise that we would be there for the community as they try to heal.    As part of that work, the federal government will support the construction of a new school for the people of Tumbler Ridge: canada.ca/en/housing-inf…

“If only the official opposition would stop pointing out all the problems caused by bad Liberal government policy, separatism would dry up.” Problems don’t disappear just because you ignore them; ask an ostrich.

@CarsonJerema @nationalpost What a terrible farce to put Albertans through. The entire country is laughing at the Alberta government’s ridiculous “referendum on a referendum” joke.

@Gray_Mackenzie That’s funny. Let’s have a referendum… to see if Albertans want a referendum.

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith has added this referendum question to be voted on October 19th “Should Alberta remain a province of Canada or should the government of Alberta commence the legal process required under the Canadian constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada?”

WILD Gad Saad is leaving for safety reasons. For context, I left El Salvador, for safety reasons. Now things have come full circle. We are losing the best of the best. More than 40% of the top 1% are fleeing Canada. The Liberals own this.

PM Mark Carney says Canada needs millions of households to switch to electric heat pumps, arguing it will lower energy costs and strengthen the country's "net zero" transition. He added: "When we master energy, we master our destiny."

@globeandmail Decades of being taken advantage of, will put any province in a gambling mood. Mark Carney’s leadership is set to be thoroughly tested from sea to sea to sea.
