THE END OF PAID SEO AUDITS SEO agencies charge $3k for a simple local SEO audit. This FREE tool just made them obsolete. Enter your business → see what’s blocking you from $100K/month. Comment "END" and I'll DM you the tool (must be following)

This A-Z local SEO playbook covers everything you need to add $100,000/month to your local service business. Ranking in the Map Pack, SERPs, AI overview, etc. This is the EXACT strategy that: > Made my clients $5.6M in 2025 > Ranks businesses in the toughest markets > Works for any local service business > Floods your site with local traffic > Builds insane domain authority > Has you annoyed the phone rings so often Like + Comment "Local" and I'll DM you the link. Any of my followers do the hair transplant thing? Share with me 🥹 I feel like I’m about 6-12 months away from avoiding overhead lights at all costs and I’m just not ready to give up the fight man.

@abiondo @theseoguy_ We've gone through the verification process. Our targeting is for all roofing-related work. Our budget is $10,000 per week. We allow text and calls. Just seems strange...

LSA should be managed by your internal team the vast majority of the time because it isn’t too complicated. But for those of you who really don’t want to touch it ever, I know a kid with DEEP Google knowledge that will run it for you for cheap. DM for details.

@StumpGuyTy There’s an owner in my local market that I know built his entire business around him also being in the field because he likes it. Has entire office and sales staff, does 7 fig a year and is also apart of the labor team because he enjoys it.

I’m really going to miss being in the field when I hire out my position. Working hard, sweating, and providing a great customer experience is something I think I’m wired for. Probably the reason I’ve been so slow to hire in the first place.

Commenting on Reddit posts: - Builds SEO quickly - Acquires LLM mentions - Gets new leads and clients - Good for SMB, SaaS and Agencies Using social listening tools that send email notifications about fresh posts in your niche is the real sauce. Comment "REDDIT" if you want to know what tool I use for Reddit SEO.

The biggest issue I see with CRMs? Business owners constantly complain that “the CRM sucks bla bla bla.” But here’s the truth: Most CRMs are insanely powerful… They’re just built like a spaceship — and you’re trying to fly it without a pilot. You don’t need a new CRM. You need someone who actually knows how to build it the right way. We switched to HubSpot for sales, paid an expert to set it up properly and it’s been a game-changer. These platforms are complex as hell… But once they’re running right? You’ll never want to leave. It’s not a CRM issue. It’s a skill issue.

@rampulla_andrew Debating the same thing. I think a certain budget level deserves in-person quoting. The rest quoted remotely.

I’m bringing on 2-3 sales reps for Christmas lights in September. I’m debating between in-person & online reps… In-person: - higher tickets - higher close ratio Online: - better talent - reps can take 2x the calls Thoughts?

@rampulla_andrew 10x better. No w2 employees to deal with. No training to deal with (sub crews SHOULD already know what they’re doing). No equipment to deal with. $20k worth of work done in one day easily. Most property owners aren’t getting on their roof to nit pick the work either.

If you want to make it in pressure washing, you have two options: 1) stay small and lean and accept that you’ve created a high paying job for yourself 2) go big, sacrifice profit for 3+ years, and eventually own an asset that pays you with little involvement Getting caught in the middle SUCKS. I chose option 1, make a great income, and get a good amount of freedom. Option 2 requires a large team and a lot more responsibility. No right answer - just be clear on which you want.

When I lived in Pennsylvania I was rapidly balding. Now, after living in Florida for nearly two years, my hair is the fullest and thickest it's been since graduating from high school. The sun is medicine.

The hardest businesses to run Google Ads for: >House cleaning >Landscaping >HVAC >Roofing House cleaning and landscaping—there’s just not enough juice on the bone to be profitable. Roofing and HVAC—PE is bidding up the campaigns and giving you $1,500+ conversions. You need huge budgets to run paid media for these types of businesses successfully.

We have 9 sales guys right now, have been up to 15 before and want to get back there (with stronger salesmen) Yes, we brought it in house this year - we had a 3rd party company that we loved but they charged 15% of the increase. D&R does if you know how to do it right and have the right sub, he does have to be licensed. Our D&R guys are fantastic and we throw them enough work to get our rates down

This is roof #6 for the week, catching some steam now. Hoping to ramp up to 12-14/wk like last summer and push through late fall at that pace
