@theMurtez @EloSmash @radiantzard Gengar sucks ass in gens 1*- 3 cause ghost is considered physical and Gengar’s highest stat is its special attack. (Its attack stat is one of its lowet stats too) Most of its moves whether it’s level up/tutor etc are mostly physical.
