Please stop cutting the grass without clearing the litter first. Shredded cans make sharp bits of metal, dangerous for kids, pets and wildlife! ❌

What makes the litter emergency worse? When spring grass cutting teams come out and shred all of the litter along with the grass creating hundreds of microplastics and smaller bits of litter which are easier to blow around and harder to pick up.
